Orders on average take 2-3 weeks from purchase date to ship. This does not include delivery times. If all items in your order are in stock, the order will ship out faster, normally within 3-5 business days. 


 Since we don't carry too much inventory on hand, we custom make a lot of our jewelry and products "on demand" meaning we start to make it once the order is placed.


Each piece is custom made for you when you place your order, so please expect slight variances in the alignment and depth of the letters. These minor inconsistencies add to the artistic charm and uniqueness of your stamped piece. As jewelry artists, we strive to make your one-of-a-kind piece beautiful. All of our photos used for marketing may seem brighter & more enhanced than actual product 


When an item or sale becomes popular, shipping times can take a bit longer than usual. If you are on a time constraint and cannot wait to receive your order, no problem at all, just fill out the form on the bottom of this page to cancel your order and we will give you a full refund no questions asked.

Shipping and Handling is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders below $35. Anything over $35 ships FREE! (Domestic)



How Can I Cancel My Order and What Is Your Refund Policy?


You can cancel your order by emailing us or by filling out the form on the bottom of this page. We have a 30 days, no questions asked refund policy! Your satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. 

How Long Does It Take For A Refund To Reflect In My Account?


Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to fully process. This unfortunately is out of our hands, and is dictated by the banks.

How Long Until I Receive My Order?


Our shirts normally ship within 3-5 days from D2G printers all over the US. All our jewelry is custom made to order (this means that they are made after an order has been placed, we do not mass produce our products), so it can take 2-3 weeks from purchase date to ship out, this does not include delivery times. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order to your email, and another email with tracking information once your item has shipped. Please bear with us if it takes a little while we promise it will be worth the wait! 


It Has Been X Amount of Days Since I Ordered. What Should I Do?


If it has been at least 30 days/4weeks from the date of placing your order please reach out to support@awarenessoutlet.com so that we can take a look and provide you with an update on your order because it may have already been shipped and you missed the confirmation email or there may be a delay with our shipments.

Where Is My Order? It Has Been X Amount of Days Since It Was Shipped.


If it has been at least 30 days from the date your order was shipped and you still have not received your package please reach out to support so that we may investigate the issue and either provide you with replacements or a refund because your order has been lost during transit. This is, unfortunately, not something that we have any control over and happens sometimes, but we are more than happy to compensate you if it does happen. 


You must reach out to our support staff prior to 90 days from your order date or your shipping date in order for us to be able to provide you with any type of compensation, after 90 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.

What Is Your Jewelry Made Out Of?


All of our jewelry is made from nickel free non-allergic metals such as stainless steel, sterling silver, and rhodium plated zinc alloy. We make sure that we do not use any materials that would cause an allergic reaction.

What Is A Closeout Collection?


We create about 50 unique pieces and put them all into one collection. This collection will only be available for a certain amount of time before it is closed for good. We usually run these sales for around 2-3 months to give you plenty of time to purchase from our INSANELY discounted items. After the sale is over and all orders have been fulfilled we create a BRAND NEW collection for you to shop from!

I Haven't Received My Order Confirmation?


The most likely reason is that your order confirmation went to spam or junk. We've had this issue frequently with popular email platforms like Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo. So please check your spam folder and mark the item as "not spam"
